Listening to a talking head recommending stocks on the investment channels is like listening to a heroin addict discussing the advantages of buying different kinds of heroin. Neither stands a significant chance at giving appropriate advice, but both get off on dopamine rushes at the prospect of being right or scoring some heroin.
